Ease upper back tension
Shoulder and neck muscles can get tense because of tension in upper back muscles. this simple stretch will help to ease this tension:
How to do this exercise
Cross arms over your chest and hold a position where you feel the stretch across your upper back whilst at the same time your shoulders remain relaxed and still.
Hold for at least one minute to allow the muscles to lengthen and relax. Repeat by crossing the arms the opposite way.
