Spinal flexes are great for general health as well as boosting the circulatory systems so important for good fertility health.
How to do Spinal Flexes
You start the exercise on your hands and knees on the floor.
Your knees are hip width apart and the space between your hands is shoulder width apart. Your arms are straight and in line with your shoulders.
Your head is in a neural position, eyes looking down on the ground at the space in between your hands.
Now begin the spinal flexes as shown in the pictures below. The movement should be a continuous flow moving through a flexed and extended positions of your neck and spine.
